When I was 16, I landed a lead role in a local theater production and thought I was ready to set the stage on fire. On opening night, I remember my voice trembling as I squeaked out a few flat, harsh notes at a time. My nerves caused my legs to shake uncontrollably and I couldn't sing past the first bridge in my voice without cracking. Honestly, the reviewer was kind when he wrote I was "not much of a singer." I was HUMILIATED.

I went from cracking to KILLING.
Not only have I been a winner in songwriting competitions like the Sisters Folk Festival and WYEP Songwriting Contest, my original music has been featured on notable platforms such as NPR, Desert Highway Radio, and FTM Podcast Network. I'm also a full fledged professional vocalist performing in nightclubs, casinos, amphitheaters, and music festivals. I even starred in "Down and Out With The Dolls," an indie movie about an all girl rock band. Currently, I travel the country performing for thousands singing in America's #1 Prince and The Revolution Tribute Band, "The Prince Project." Needless to say, I've gotten rid of the opening night jitters and I now I never worry about my voice cracking!
